Workshop: Rooted Radiance – Crystals for Grounding & Inner Stability

How to use crystals to feel more anchored, aligned and connected to self. This workshop is ideal for women navigating change, overwhelm or wanting to develop a deeper connection to intuition and self.

In this workshop, we will cover:

1. Intro to grounding stones (smoky quartz, hematite, black tourmaline, red jasper)

2. Brief overview of energetic grounding & the root chakra

3. A guided visualisation with a grounding stone

4. Practical: how to use crystals in daily rituals (pockets, under pillow, jewelry, etc.)

5. Crafting a take-home grounding pouch

6. Reflection journaling and intention setting using the crystals and a grounding ritual you can use daily to protect your energy

   
   

You will receive 4 crystals to take away and work with as well as a workbook packed with practical tips and rituals to use your crystals effectively everyday! 

About Caroline

As a mum, I use Reiki in the home and on my family all the time. Through the classes I offer, I hope to show women who are attuned to Reiki how to practically work with it within a nurturing family environment.
