Bookings & Payment

Deposits may be required for workshops and training courses.

A £50 deposit is required to secure Reiki training places.

Deposits are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Rebalance with Reiki.
Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice may be rescheduled without charge.

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours may be charged in full.

Missed appointments are charged at the full appointment fee.
Workshops & Events

Rebalance with Reiki reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events where necessary.

Where an event is cancelled by Rebalance with Reiki, participants will be offered an alternative date or full refund.

Complementary Therapy Disclaimer

Reiki, Aromatherapy and related wellbeing services are complementary therapies intended to support wellbeing and relaxation.

They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information and informing Rebalance with Reiki of any changes to their health or medication.
Reiki Training

Attendance on Reiki training courses does not guarantee professional practice or insurance eligibility.

Students remain responsible for ensuring they meet any relevant insurance or professional requirements.
Intellectual Property
All manuals, workbooks, course materials and resources remain the intellectual property of Rebalance with Reiki and may not be copied, shared or reproduced without written permission.
Scope of Practice
Rebalance with Reiki reserves the right to decline or discontinue services where the service requested falls outside the practitioner's scope of practice or where another professional service may be more appropriate.
