Hi, I'm Caroline
As a mum, I use Reiki in the home and on my family all the time. Through the classes I offer, I hope to show women who are attuned to Reiki how to practically work with it within a nurturing family environment.
Both Reiki and the other accompanying complementary wellbeing classes I run, including meditation, crystals and essential oils will show you how you can support not only yourself but your family with your overall health and wellbeing.
Reiki helped me to find balance in the chaos of family life and it is my hope that you will leave my workshops feeling recharged, rebalanced and ready to find your calm for you and your family.
