Workshop: A Magical Christmas Reset Crystal & Aromatherapy

Join me for a nurturing 90-minute workshop designed to help you release festive stress, ground your energy, and embrace the light of the season through crystals, aromatherapy and a gentle guided chakra reset meditation. 

As the year draws to a close, this is your invitation to pause, to breathe deeply, refill your cup and reconnect with your inner calm.

In this cosy workshop, you will: 

1. Learn about the energies of the winter season and how crystals and aromatherapy can support peace, joy and reflection.

2. Experience a deeply soothing Reiki-infused guided meditation to release tension and invite light back in.

3. Create your own Christmas Calm Roller Blend, blending grounding and uplifting essential oils (a little bottle of peace to carry with you through the festive weeks ahead).

4. Craft a beautiful Crystal Intention Ornament to hang on your tree or sacred space — infused with your personal intention radiating calm and love throughout your home.

5. Close with a gentle festive ritual to anchor your intention and welcome in light for the new year.

As a mum, I use Reiki in the home and on my family all the time. Through the classes I offer, I hope to show women who are attuned to Reiki how to practically work with it within a nurturing family environment.
