Validity Period
This gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
All treatments must be booked within the 6-month expiry period. Appointments made after the expiry date will not be accepted.
Booking & Redemption
To redeem the gift card, the recipient must provide proof of the original email confirmation at the time of booking or appointment.
Email gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cancellation Policy
A 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings made with a gift card.
If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, the gift card value may no longer be redeemable.
No refunds or rebookings will be offered for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or for missed appointments.
Refunds & Exchanges
Gift cards are non-refundable.
They cannot be exchanged for other services or products unless specified by the business.
