Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. Validity Period

   • This gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

   • All treatments must be booked within the 6-month expiry period. Appointments made after the expiry date will not be accepted.
      

2. Booking & Redemption

   • To redeem the gift card, the recipient must provide proof of the original email confirmation at the time of booking or appointment.

   • Email gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
      

3. Cancellation Policy

   • A 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings made with a gift card.

   • If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, the gift card value may no longer be redeemable.

   • No refunds or rebookings will be offered for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or for missed appointments.
      

4. Refunds & Exchanges

   • Gift cards are non-refundable.

   • They cannot be exchanged for other services or products unless specified by the business.
      

5. General

   • The business reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

   • By using this gift card, the recipient agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
