The Magnetic Woman: An Energetic Reset & Activation Workshop

The Magnetic Woman is a 1.5 hour in person experience for women who feel stuck, flat or slightly disconnected from themselves and are ready to shift their energy and move out of a rut. If you are the strong one, the steady one, the one who holds it together but secretly feels drained or uninspired, this workshop is your energetic reset.

Inside this immersive session, we will explore:

1. how energy actually works and how YOUR energy works

2. why you may be repelling what you desire, 

3. how nervous system patterns affect your magnetic field

4. how to attract better energy into your life without chasing or forcing

Through Reiki-infused grounding, nervous system regulation tools, energetic hygiene practices and identity activation work, you will learn how to clear stagnant energy, strengthen your field and become magnetic to the experiences, relationships and opportunities that nourish you.

You will leave with practical tools for energetic hygiene, a deeper understanding of your own energy patterns, and a renewed sense of clarity, vitality and personal power. This is about unleashing the regulated, self led woman within you. The one who doesn’t push harder, holds her energy differentlly and watches her world respond.

As a mum, I use Reiki in the home and on my family all the time. Through the classes I offer, I hope to show women who are attuned to Reiki how to practically work with it within a nurturing family environment.
