COURSES & CLASSES
After experiencing Reiki, many people become interested in using it for themselves and their families. I offer Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 level courses that allow you to continue your Reiki journey so that you are able to use Reiki in the home, on your family and even on your pets!

COURSES
REIKI LEVEL 1
On this course we will cover:

The History of Reiki & what it is.

The 5 principles of Reiki & ways in which you can use them.

Chakras and the human energy system.
-
What happens during an attunement.
-
Blockages in the energy system and how to ground & cleanse the energy body.

Hand positions for self Reiki.
-
Using Reiki in everyday life.
You will experience:

Reiki attunements from me.
-
Practical exercises to teach self cleansing techniques.

The opportunity to practice hand positions on other students.

Meditation techniques.
You will receive:

A Reiki 1 Manual to keep and refer to.

Reiki crystals to help you with your practice and guidance on how to use them.

My support throughout the course & ongoing support afterwards.
REIKI LEVEL 2
On this course we will cover:

An introduction to the Three Second Degree Symbols & how to use them.

Enhancing Reiki and your connection to it using the symbols above and other techniques.

How to carry out a full Distance Healing Treatment.

Working with intuition.

Setting up as a Practitioner.
You will experience:

2 Further attuments building on from Reiki 1.

Practical exercises for further self cleansing techniques to keep your energy channels clear.

The opportunity to use your intuition when carrying out a treatment.

How to use Distance Reiki for yourself and on others.
You will receive:

A Reiki 2 Manual to keep and refer to.

Draft templates of documents to be able to set up and run a practice.

Template for Distance Reiki.

Guidance and support throughout.
CLASSES
As a mum, I use Reiki in the home and on my family all the time. Through the classes I offer, I hope to show women who are attuned to Reiki how to practically work with it within a nurturing family environment.
Both Reiki and the other accompanying complementary wellbeing classes I run, including meditation, crystals and essential oils will show you how you can support not only yourself but your family with your overall health and wellbeing.
