On this course we will cover: 1. The History of Reiki & what it is. 2. The 5 principles of Reiki & ways in which you can use them. 3. Chakras and the human energy system. 4. What happens during an attunement. 5. Blockages in the energy system and how to ground & cleanse the energy body. 6. Hand positions for self Reiki. 7. Using Reiki in everyday life. You will experience: 1. Reiki attunements from me. 2. Practical exercises to teach self cleansing techniques. 3. The opportunity to practice hand positions on other students. 4. Meditation techniques. You will receive: 1. A Reiki 1 Manual to keep and refer to. 2. Reiki crystals to help you with your practice and guidance on how to use them. 3. My support throughout the course & ongoing support afterwards.
